This module aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the alcohol production process, raw material selection, product quality control, laws related to alcoholic beverages, and appropriate packaging design. Learners can apply knowledge of alcohol production to the improvement of alcoholic beverages quality, by focusing on production from unique local natural ingredients that have positive effects on health, which will add value to the product and be safe for consumers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
