The applicants are required to be from the following countries.
– 9 countries from ASEAN: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of the Philippines, Republic of Singapore, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Vietnam
– 6 countries from ASEAN+6: Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand, People’s Republic of China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau), and Republic of Korea
